A quiet place for family encouragement
The Light That Finds Us
There are nights when the only light left in the house is the one you didn’t turn on.
Other mornings the sun hits the kitchen table and something in you remembers it has always been shining.
“The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness has not overcome it.”
— John 1:5
This isn’t another thing to keep up with. It’s a small, steady place to notice what is true — short reflections, honest stories, and Scripture that actually meets real life.
The Light is a Person. He finds us in the middle of ordinary days: folding laundry, driving to work, sitting with grief, or laughing with the kids. He doesn’t wait for perfect conditions or perfect faith. He simply comes with light that reaches us.

I’m going to keep sharing these as the Lord gives them. If they’ve been helpful, the form below lets you receive them by email or text (you can change your mind anytime).
May the Light who has not been overcome find you today, right where you are.
